Legend Foundation Services began work on the LCRA T-614 Pilot Grove–Yoakum project in February 2025. The foundation scope included 36 direct embeds and nine drill piers.
Underground utilities required several structural locations to be moved. Thanks to strong communication and coordination between Irby and LCRA, structure staking was updated quickly to keep production on track and avoid delays.
The Pilot Grove–Yoakum Foundation Project reinforced the importance of identifying underground obstructions early and alerting the general contractor and customer immediately to enable swift relocation decisions.
